Meridian Police Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and p.m. Thursday:



• Possession of marijuana over one ounce — Marqueze Berdell Gordon, 21, 2228 48th Ave.

• Possession of cocaine — Jamal Stennis, 23, 1726 28th Ave.

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) First offense — Jason D. Hudnall, 30, Rt. 1 Box 290, Daleville

• Domestic violence first offense — Wayne Robert Simmons, 57, 523 Tomochichi Road, Griffin

• Failure to pay child support three counts — Zederick Reuarltean Townsend, 32, 1610 29th Ave. Townsend is also charged with failure to pay justice court.

• Domestic violence — Janice S. Bramlett, 28, 7455 Lizelia Road, Marion

• Domestic violence — Andy L. Hearn, 28, 285 Betts Ratdcliff Road

• Commercial burglary — Ira James Chambliss, 20, 422 46th Ave.

• Motor vehicle accident with injuries — Newton County Martin Road (Martin)



Ambulance runs
