The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday:
Malicious mischief/vandalism Bryson L. Brown, 24, 10249 E Telephone Road
Domestic violence simple assault Jacob Lee Yeates, 32, 1430 B James Pardin Road. Yeates is also charged with misdemeanor escape.
Aggravated assault domestic violence Margo Annette Smith, 24, 2305 D Street
Probation violation Connie Susan Moore, 41, P.O. Box 751, Marion. Moore is also charged with bad check of less than $100.
Contempt of court Anthony T. Glass, 33, 1698 Willow Lake Road, Toomsuba
Driving Under the Influence (DUI) third offense Jeffrey "Jeffery" Paul Creech, 41, 2946 Gene Carr Road
Felony malicious mischief, vandalism Planero Martinez Bell, 41, 10th Street and 28th Avenue. Bell is also charged with commercial burglary and probation violation.
