Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:00 p.m. Sunday:



• Possession of a Controlled Substance - Anthony M. Granieri, 26, 2448 40th Ave. Granieri was also charged with Driving without a License.

• Public Drunk - Christopher Johnson, 27, 2201 42nd St.

• Shoplifting - Louis Enrique Romo, 43, 32 CR 3727.

• DUI, 1st - Donna Marie McElroy, 27, 619 31st Ave. McElroy was also charged with Driving while License Suspended, Insurance Card Law Violation, and Failure to Yield Right of Way.

• Contempt of Court - Hence D. Davis, 34, 2428 Old Marion Rd.

• DUI, 1st - Darryl Cornett Barfield, 61, 4611 Vimville Causeyville Rd. Barfeild was also charged with Expired Tag and Failure to Yield Right of Way.

• DUI, 1st - Jadrine Cole, 23, 1616 33rd Ave. Cole was also charged with Driving without a License and Insurance Card Law Violation.

• Leaving the Scene of an Accident - Dominique M. Abel, 24, 3411 Hillside Rd. Abel was also charged with Resisting Arrest, Seat belt Law Violation, Driving while License Suspended, Insurance Card Law Violation, and Failure to Have Vehicle Under Control.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday:



• DUI, 1st - Kervin J. Hampton, 28, 10382 Jackson Military Rd.

• Failure to Pay Child Support - Shadick Kimbrough, 35, 2428 Old Marion Rd.

• DUI, 1st - David T. Pruitt, 24, 205 CR 2424. Pruitt was also charged with Careless Driving.

• False Pretense - Janet Nicole Moore, 37, 2518 6th Ave.



Ambulance runs



Metro Ambulance reported 22 runs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
