Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported no suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday:



• Contempt of court — Michael Jermaine Powell, 30, 1105 Robinhood Circle, Philadelphia

• Trespassing — Samuel Lee, 50, 1211 39th Ave. Lee is also charged with contempt of court.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Wednessday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday:



• Contempt of court — Annie M. Kelley, 25, 4118 Rayol Road. Kelley is also charged with child neglect.

• Public profanity — Lisa D. Clark, 42, 506 Front St.

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) — Richard O. Neal, 44, 2425 Highway 19 North. Neal is also charged with contempt of court.

• Public drunk — Christopher D. Bennamon, 32, 2208 15th Ave. Bennamon is also charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement officer.

• Failure to pay child support — Demetrius Clark, 36, 509 Murphy Road

• DUI second offense — Alex Dewayne Hudnall, 20, 506 Front Street Extension J4

• 500 block of Front Street Extension

The Meridian Fire Department reported the following fire runs for Sept. 3.

• EMS — St. Paul Street

• EMS — Fifth Street

• EMS — 18th Avenue

• EMS — 31st Avenue

• EMS — 55th Avenue

• False alarm — 35th Avenue

• False alarm — Bonita Drive

• Trash fire — 30th Avenue

• Motor vehicle accident — Fifth Street and 26th Avenue



The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments did not report any fire runs.



Ambulance runs



Metro Ambulance reported 52 runs from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
