Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Friday and 4:30 p.m. Saturday:



• Shoplifting — Lechacha Patton, 32, 2701 Chandler St., Apt. 54.

• Contempt of court — Gary Moffite, 29, 2213 23rd Ave., Apt. B

• Contempt of court – Jermaine Barnes, 34, 940 Camp Road, York, Ala.

• Contempt of court – Jerome Jacob Stewart, 27, 1801 24th St., U2

• Aggravated domestic violence – Earl King Davis, 45, 1009 33rd Ave. Davis is also charged with malicious mischief.

• Grand larceny – Carmetta L. Phillips, 35, 626 Jessie White Road, Noxapater.

• Domestic assault (simple) – Cardae L. Turner, 23, 2800 St. Luke St., Apt. 75. Turner is also charged with malicious assault and contempt of court.

• Contempt of court – Valerie Donwell, 30, 2428 Old Marion Road, C-19.

• Contempt of court – Kevin T. McCoy, 29, 506 Front St., I-7

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Morris R. Robinson, 32, 5402 Gene Carr Road. Robinson is also charged with driving without proof of insurance and driving with suspended license (implied consent)

• DUI, first offense – Robert J. Bohle, 30, Rt. 1, Box 210A, DeKalb.

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Friday and 4:30 p.m. Saturday:



• Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense — David M. Bratton, 21, 209 Hooper Road

• Public drunkenness — Leon W. Turner, 23, 5109 Windsor Road. Turner is also charged with possession of marijuana.

• DUI, first offense – Ranarlda M. Moore, 22, 2611 D. Green Loop Road, Lauderdale. Moore is also charged with careless driving.

• Contempt of court, two counts – Jamie M. Luce, 30, 3648 Katherine Drive, Lauderdale

• Felony bad check – Linda G. Duplantis, 59, 1328 County Road 350, Stonewall

• Burglary – Daniel S. Walker, 29, 10281 Road 359, Philadelphia

• Contempt of court, three counts – Ozie M. Beason, 23, 326 60th Ave.

• Contempt of court – Michael C. Kirk, 24, 3331 Lakeview Lane, Toomsuba

• Possession of marijuana in motor vehicle — Marshall D. Margrave, 22, address unavailable. Margrave is also charged with driving with no proof of insurance, driving without a license and contempt of court.



Ambulance runs



Metro Ambulance reported 45 runs from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
