Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported no suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Monday:

• Contempt of court — Michelle Stewart, 39, 8965 Westwood Drive

• Contempt of court — Tirale O. Reed, 26, 2627 St. Andrew Street

• Disturbance of family — Marshall Russell, 27, Homeless

• Burglary of dwelling house — Roslyn Graham Tyues, 28, 4575 Broad Street, Lisman, Ala.

• Contempt of court — Maurice Dawson, 33, 2213 23rd Avenue. Dawson is also charged with trespassing and public drunk.



Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Monday:

• Possession of marijuana over one ounce — Chino Spencer, 23, 9352 Hamrick Road, Collinsville. Spencer is also charged with probation violation, sale of cocaine two counts and felon in possession of firearm.

• Trespassing — Thomas Walter Sun, 55, 110 Oliver St., Lafeyette. Sun is also charged with contempt of court.

• Contempt of court two counts — Angelo Bell, 41, 3828 South St.

• Failure to pay child support — Willie Dawson, 57, 1507 10th Ave.

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) first offense — Jose Jesus Marquez, 23, 1825 Franciscon Terrace Apt. E, Winston-Salem, N.C.

• Possession of paraphernalia — Larry Danny Thomas Snow, 23, 8008 Pine Springs Road

• Probation violation — Nicholas Cain "Caine" Johnson, 28, 2201 42nd St.

• Mississippi Sales Tax Laws violation — Jamie Nicoe Govan, 30, 2516 Eighth St.

• Uttering and forgery — Alesa L. Warner, 30, 6534 Lizelia Road, Marion
