Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported no suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday:



• Simple Assault - Conchetta Mosley, 28, 2305 D St.

• DUI, 1st offense - Brett Swain, 44, 3135 County Rd. 320. Swain was also charged with Driving with and Expired Tag and Careless Driving.

• DUI, 1st offense - Marcus Portis, 34, 3647 Collins Dr. Portis was also charged with Driving with a Suspended License and Disregard for a Traffic Device.

• Disturbance of a Business - Rebecca Kyzar, 49, 301 Hoye St. Kyzar was also charged with Disturbing the Peace.

• Domestic Violence - Donald Ruffin, 40, 1504 18th Ave. Ruffin was also charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• Petit Larceny - Veronica S. Simpson, 18, 1001 38th Ave.

• Disturbance of a Business - Michael L. Gowdy, 35, 2326 Russell Mt. Gilead Rd.

• DUI, 2nd offense - Ulma J. Hill, 56, 2108 26th St. Hill was also charged with Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday:



• Public Drunk - Cathy Marlena Morris, 23, 10210 Rd. 171.

• Public Drunk - Henrie Gully Stallworth, 23, 1621 31st St.

• Underage Consumption - Katie F. McDonald, 20, 2031 State Boulevard.

• Underage Consumption - Richard Carl Axlell III, 2911 38th Court. Birth date not available.

• Underage Consumption - Trevor Lamar Bunyard, 18, 5437 Gene Carl Rd.

• Underage Consumption - William M. John, 20, 8399 Mosley Crossing Rd.

• DUI, 1st offense - Ronnie W. Eakes, 25, 10080 Rd. 2645. Eakes was also charged with Careless Driving

• Public Drunk - Adam Monroe Carmichael, 27, 2925 Rawson Rd.
