Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday:



• Contempt of court — Erika Danielle Cole, 23, 1523 36th Ave.

• Disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement officer — Samuel Lee, 50, 1211 39th Ave.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday:



• Aggravated assault — Timothy Leonard Banks, 37, 10046 Avenue M, Baton Rouge, La. Banks is also charged with contempt of court.

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) first offense — Prince Trawn Dubose, 27, 10046 Ave. M, Baton Rouge, La. Dubose is also charged with possession of marijuana in vehicle.

• DUI first offense — Mark D. Carmichael, 35, 10197 Highway 493. Carmichael is also charged with possession of controlled substance.

• Possession of marijuana less than one ounce — Marcus Hudson, 32, 1101 48th Ave. Hudson is also charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement officer.

• DUI first offense — Rachel Tims, 32, 612 13th Ave.

• Possession of marijuana first offense — Xavier Rice, 19, 5651 Highway 496

• Domestic violence — Fernando Hernandez, 24, 7702 A Lauderdale Toomsuba Road, Toomsuba

• Uttering forgery — Todd Gordon Severt, 20, 3921 Fifth St. Severt is also charged with felony simple assault on a police officer.

• Probation violation — Demarrius Queshawn Hill, 18, 1304 43rd Ave.

• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute — Josh Ken Hendon, 22, 10307 Highway 19 North

Commercial Burglaries:

• 4000 block of Great River Drive, door entry, money stolen, unknown time

• 1000 block of Fourth Street, door entry, money stolen, night time



Auto Burglaries:

• 4000 block of 36th Street, door entry, N/A, day time

• 100 block of 20th Avenue, window entry, misc stolen, night time



Vandalism:

• 3000 block of 32nd Place, auto window, night time
