The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.



• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) first offense — Krista S. Gutierrez, 50, 53 Commerce St., Chunky



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.



• Trespassing — Matthew J. Blanton, 29, 5109 Windsor Road. Blanton is also charged with malicious mischief, vandalism.

• Possession of cocaine — Kenneth Tyrone Jordan, 18, 1320 20th St.

• Failure to appear in justice court — John Andrew Collier, 58, 1567 Bolen Long Creek Road

• Probation violation — Marshall Jarmile McClendon, 23, 4524 Highway 39 North.
