Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.



• Aggravated assault, domestic violence — Elroy Charles Blanks, 38, 4443 27th St.

• Sale of ecstasy — Anthony Jamal Williams, 27, 3617 20th St.

• Driving under the influence (DUI) first offense — Gary R. Woodfin, 57, 700 Fifth Ave.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.



• Aggravated assault, domestic violence — Travis D. Smith, 34, 4817 Valley Road

• Sale of methamphetamine — Heather D. Anderson, 29, 219 Kent Road, Preston

• Possession of marijuana less than one ounce — Jay Robert Brooks, 19, 8400 Tanner Williams Street, Lucedale

• Possession of marijuana less than one ounce — Ronald Carter Brun, 19, 13217 Three Oaks Drive, Moss Point

• Simple assault — Bobby Ray Newell, 30, 2631 Bolen-Long Creek Road. Newell is also charged with trespassing upon enclosed land of another.

• Domestic violence, simple assault — Donna M. Love, 42, 11245 Townsend Byrd Road, Collinsville

• Failure to appear in justice court six counts — Sidney Earl Alexander, 60, 11974 Suqualena Road

• Contempt of court, child support — Randall Gene Culberson, 42, 2015 Mosby Road

• Sale of cocaine two counts — Carlos Smith, 20, 2704 Valley Road

• Sale of cocaine — Cedric Tyrone Gordon, 36, 202 47th Ave.
