Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m.Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

• Contempt of court — Amber A. Harris, 18, 206 30th Avenue

• Contempt of court three counts — Mack Eugene McLemore, 20, 1214 48th Avenue

• Felony Driving Under the Influence — Willie Brown, 45, 1322 36th Avenue. Brown is also charged with contempt of court.

• Trespassing — Cymantha Y. Lewis, 22, 200 23rd Street

• Interfering with duties of police — Christopher D. Ford, 22, 200 23rd Street, Apt. B 31

• Contempt of court — Michael R. Sims, 20, 2323 Jeff Davis School Road



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.



• Felony bad check — Clinton Wise, 32, 415 1st Avenue, Forest

• Malicious mischief, vandalism — Carl Wayne Rawson, 26, 2323 Whitaker Road. Rawson is also charged with simple assault by threat.

• Probation violation — Christopher Martin Watson, 19, 7797 Espey Road

• Public drunk — Eric Blake Renfrow, 22, 115 Malone Road, Carthage. Renfrow is also charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

• Probation violation — Joshua Earl Boughman, 23, 4148 Bailey Acres Circle

• Probation violation — Tara Thomas, 25, 3881 Highway 512, Quitman

• Possession of cocaine two counts — James Edward Wallace, 58, 7879 Lauderdale Toomsuba Road, Toomsuba

• Sale of cocaine two counts — Willie Edwards, 31, 2015 Mosby Road
