• Felony bad check — Mary Melinda Salazar, 35, 106 Hutson Street, Union. Salazar is also charged with compulsory school attendance violation two counts.

• False ID information — Lakethia N.Yarbrough, 23, 3118 16th Street

• Resisting arrest — Derrick Dewayne Moffite, 24, 2222 47th Avenue. Moffite is also charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement officer.

Robbery:

At about 10:30 p.m. Friday night, a man attempted to rob the CEFCO at 35th

Avenue and 45th St at gunpoint but was unsuccessful. The man fled on foot

and no one was injured. The suspect is described as a young black male, 5'5"

to 5'7", 145 to 165 pounds and dressed in black. No further information available.
