In the year ahead, you'll get the opportunity for a new beginning in regards to something that has not gone well in your life. Be willing to change the negative patterns so that a fresh start can bring the happiness you seek.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- If you get into a misunderstanding about a financial matter with another, maintain a pleasant demeanor until the facts can be sorted out. Charm -- not criticism -- wins cooperation.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- It behooves you to utilize all the diplomacy and tact you can muster when dealing with others, especially at work. It's a day when misunderstandings can easily get blown out of proportion.

CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- If your ideas, methods or procedures aren't producing the types of results you had expected, remain open-minded and flexible. It may take a lot of patience to stop running into walls.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- Usually you have a pretty sharp eye for bargains, but if this wonderful gift is inoperative at this time, you could purchase something that turns out to be an expensive white elephant.

PISCES (Feb. 20-March 20) -- Any issue upon which you and your family disagree should be temporarily tabled until another day. If you bring it up anyway because you can't keep it to yourself, you'll anger all parties involved.



ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- Your imagination is particularly keen right now, but that doesn't necessarily mean your ideas will be practical or realistic. Use good judgment in assessing their worthiness.
