• Good News Jail & Prison Ministry presents More Than Just Desserts at the Meridian District Office of the United Methodist Church on Oct. 9th at 6:30p.m.

• LITTLE ROCK - Hopewell Baptist Church members will be holding their annual building fund fall fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008. Activities will include Squealers barbecue dinner plates, bake sale, and an auction. Be sure to purchase your barbecue tickets in advance and pick up at 11 a.m, Saturday, along with any of the bake sale items, The auction is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The church is located just off Hwy 494 in Little Rock. • Clinton Mills will be in concert at Bethany Baptist Church on Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. The concert is free, however a free will offering will be taken up.
