Murren, Giles

MERIDIAN — Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Murren Jr. of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsie, to Justin Giles, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Giles of Collinsville.

    The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Pine Grove Church in Martin.

    Miss Murren is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Gerald Howze of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Murren of Philadelphia, Pa.

    The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School. She attended Meridian Community College.

    Miss Murren is currently a senior at Mississippi State University, where she will earn a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in the fall and continue on to occupational therapy school.     Mr. Giles is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Davis of Collinsville and the Rev. and Mrs. Jack Giles of Meridian.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School. He attended Meridian Community College.

    Mr. Giles is currently a senior at Mississippi State University, where he will earn a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in the fall.

    A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
