Denton, McCoy

MERIDIAN —     Mr. and Mrs. William “Bo” Denton Jr. of Meridian, joyfully announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Camille, to Jedadiah James McCoy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy McCoy of Philadelphia.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at 6 p.m., at First United Methodist Church of Philadelphia.

    Miss Denton is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Denton Sr. of Meridian and Mrs. Frances Hill and the late Mr. Travis Hill of Louisville.

    The bride-elect earned her bachelor of social work degree from Mississippi State University and is currently in the mental health counselor graduate program at MSU. She is a 2006 graduate of Lamar Academy.

    Miss Denton is a member of the Home Arts Club in Philadelphia.

    Miss Denton is employed with the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

    Mr. McCoy is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jim McCoy of Philadelphia and Mrs. Ruby Lee and the late Mr. James Lee of Philadelphia.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School.

    Mr. McCoy is manager of Mid-Mississippi Countertops of Philadelphia.

    A reception will be held at the Philadelphia Country Club.

    After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Philadelphia.
