Haskins, McDonald

MERIDIAN —     Doug and Barbara Haskins of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ericka Jean, to Andrew Kyle McDonald, son of Otis L. McDonald and Kathy McDonald of Collinsville.

    The wedding will be Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 4 p.m., at Antioch Baptist Church in Union.

    Miss Haskins is the granddaughter of the late John W. Haskins and Maxine Haskins of DeKalb, and the late Howard Deason and Irene Deason of Porterville.

    The bride-elect is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received her bachelor of science degree in elementary education.

    Miss Haskins is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Quitman Lower Elementary.

    Mr. McDonald is the grandson of the late Jack and Elaine Branning of House, and the late Guy and Thelma Smith of House.

    The bridegroom-elect attended East Central Community College, where he studied drafting and design.

    Mr. McDonald is employed as a right-of-way technician at East Mississippi Electric Power Association.
