Thrash, Lovett

MERIDIAN —

    Mr. and Mrs. Don Thrash of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Mayton, to Jeremiah Keith Lovett, son of Mr. Keith Lovett and Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Kim Garrett.

    The wedding will be Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Lazy Acres Plantation.

    Miss Thrash is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Haywood Mayton of Demopolis, Ala., Ms. Louise Thrash of Meridian and Mrs. Tina Thrash and the late Mr. Bobby Thrash of Biloxi.

    The bride-elect received an associate’s degree in nursing from Meridian Community College. She is a 2005 graduate of Lamar High School.

    Miss Thrash is employed by Anderson Regional Medical Center as a registered nurse in the emergency room.

    Mr. Lovett is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joe and Jolene McDade, Mr. Ben Pierce, Mr. and Mrs. Tommy and Lois Miles and Mr. O.E. Lovett, all of Meridian.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of the Mississippi State Fire Academy. He is also a 2004 graduate of Lamar High School.

    Mr. Lovett is employed by Meridian Fire Department.

    A reception will follow the ceremony at Lazy Acres Plantation.
