Gore, Sikes

MERIDIAN — Larry and Cathy Gore of Floyds Knobs, Ind., announce the engagement of their daughter, Mallory Loren, to Tommy Register Sikes Jr., son of Tom and Page Sikes of Meridian and Cindy Neuman of Wilmore, Ky.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at 5 p.m., at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

    Miss Gore is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Gore of Houston and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Ross of Senatobia.

    The bride-elect graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations.

    Miss Gore is employed by American Pharmacy Services Corp.

    Mr. Sikes is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. George Arrington Jr. and the late Dr. and Mrs. Keith Sikes.

    The bridegroom-elect graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications. He is also a graduate of Lamar School.

    While attending Ole Miss, he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and Campus Crusade for Christ.

    Mr. Sikes is employed as a marketing coordinator for CRM Companies in Lexington, Ky.

    A reception will be held at Northwood Country Club.
