Conner, Bryan

MERIDIAN —     Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Stephen Conner announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Erin, to Adam Duncan Bryan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Clifton Bryan Jr. of Gilbertown, Ala.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at 5 p.m. at Shady Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church in the Carmichael Community.    

    Miss Conner is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Conner of Quitman and Mr. Edwin Thomas Scott and the late Mrs. Peggy Scott of Quitman.

    The bride-elect is a a 2009 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a bachelor of arts degree and a master of science degree in speech language pathology. She is  2004 graduate of Quitman High School.    

     Miss Conner is employed with the Quitman School district as a speech-language pathologist.

    Mr. Bryan is the grandson of Mrs. Carl Bryan and the late Mr. Lyman Clifton Bryan Sr. of Toxey, Ala. and the late Rev. and Mrs. Harmon Sylvester Duncan of Melvin, Ala.

    The bridegroom-elect is a 2009 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice. He is a 2005 graduate of Choctaw County High School.

    Mr. Bryan is employed by Georgia Pacific in Pennington, Ala. as a material handler.

    A reception will be held at the home of the bride’s parents.

    Family and friends are invited to attend.
