Null, Odom

MERIDIAN —     Mr. Dennis Ray Null and Mrs. Gloria Lynn Null of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Apryl Renee, to Dustin Lynn Odom, son of Bobby and Terri Odom of Meridian.

    The wedding will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church in Meridian.

    Miss Null is the granddaughter of Mrs. DeLoris Baucum Watkins and the late Billy Anderson Watkins of Meridian and the late Mr. Billy Ray Edwin Null and Mrs. Uldean McKee Null of Collinsville.

    The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a master of science degree in speech-language pathology. She is also a graduate of West Lauderdale High School.

    While attending USM, she was a member of the Dixie Darlings dance team, vice president of the Student Speech and Hearing Association, Graduate Student Senate and Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

    Miss Null is employed by the Lauderdale County School District at Southeast Middle School.  

    Mr. Odom is the grandson of Mrs. Betty J. Boatwright and the late Kenneth Ivey Boatwright of Meridian and Mrs. Iva Lee Odom and the late Mr. Charles Odell Odom of Meridian.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Mississippi State University-Meridian, where he received a master of business administration degree. He is also a graduate of Meridian High School.

    While attending MSU-Meridian, he was a member of Students for the Advancement of Management, Beta Gamma Sigma international honor society for schools of business, and Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

    Mr. Odom is employed by Mississippi State University with the Small Business Development Center.

    A reception will be held at the church.
