Rowley, Kitchens

MERIDIAN —     Mr. and Mrs. John D. Rowley of McComb are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Sarah Louise, to Christopher Lee Kitchens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas M. Kitchens of Meridian. Miss. Rowley is also the daughter of James Al Jordan of Wesson and the late Linda Davis Jordan of Brookhaven.

    The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at 6 p.m., at Highland Baptist Church, Meridian.

    Miss Rowley is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Davis of Brookhaven and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rowley of McComb, Milton Prescott of Magnolia and the late Bessie Prescott of Magnolia.

    The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of McComb High School. She attended the University of Mississippi and Southwest Mississippi Community College.

    Miss Rowley is currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education at Meridian Community College.

    Mr. Kitchens is the grandson of Annette Murphy, the late Charles Murphy, and the late Bennie Kilgore of Philadelphia and Marie Kitchens of Meridian.

    The bridegroom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Meridian High School. He attended Mississippi Valley State University on a football scholarship, Meridian Community College and Mississippi State University.

    Mr. Kitchens is a PC technician at Rush Foundation Hospital of Meridian.

    The couple will reside in Meridian.

    Family and friends are invited to attend.
