Denham, Pratt

MERIDIAN —

    The Rev. Franklin and Deborah Denham of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Nicole, to Brandon Christopher Pratt, son of Donald and Sharon Pratt of Bailey.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at 6 p.m., at Highland Baptist Church in Meridian.    

    Miss Denham is the granddaughter of Wilma Jones and the late Robert Jones of Jackson and the late Helen and O.S. Denham of Jackson.  

    The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is also a 2001 graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School.

    While at MSU, she was a member of Chi Omega sorority.  

    Miss Denham is currently employed as a marketing specialist in business development at Meridian Community College.  

    Mr. Pratt is the grandson of the late Leo and Alline Salter of Philadelphia and the late Clifton and Elizabeth Pratt of Bailey.  

    The bridegroom-elect is a 2005 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance. He is also a 2001 graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School.

    While at Ole Miss, he was also a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.  

    Mr. Pratt is vice president of Community Bank in Meridian.
