Knight, Harmon

MERIDIAN —     Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bryant Knight of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsi Shea, to Mr. William Frank Harmon, son of the late Rebecca W. Harmon and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gary Harmon of Bailey.

    The wedding will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church in Meridian, with a reception to follow.

    Miss Knight is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jeanette B. Thrash and the late Thomas W. Thrash of Decatur and the late Lewis W. and Amelia H. Knight of Stratton.

    The bride-elect is a 2014 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Health-Related Professions with a master of occupational therapy degree. She majored in kinesiology at Mississippi State University, where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society and Delta Delta Delta sorority. She is a highest honors graduate of Meridian Community College, where she earned an associate of science degree, and a 2007 honors graduate of Lamar School.

    Miss Knight is employed as an occupational therapist by The Summit Health and Rehab Inc. at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital in Kosciusko.

    Mr. Harmon is the grandson of Mr. Bob H. Williamson and the late Gary Ann M. Williamson of Collinsville and Mrs. Louise W. Harmon and the late Hubert F. Harmon of Marion.

    The bridegroom-elect is a 2005 graduate of West Lauderdale High School and attended East Mississippi Community College, Mayhew campus. He is a certified HVAC technician.

    Mr. Harmon is employed as maintenance supervisor with McKinney Properties Inc. in Starkville.

    Following a honeymoon in Antigua, the couple will reside in Starkville.
