McKelvey, Ellis

MERIDIAN —     Mr. and Mrs. Michael David McKelvey of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Grace Elizabeth, to Monte Dunn Ellis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Dunn Ellis of Meridian.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at 6 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Meridian.

    Miss McKelvey is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean Stringer Norton of Mobile, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Alexander McKelvey Sr.

    The bride-elect, a graduate of Lamar School, is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at Samford University.

    Mr. Ellis is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Alexander Evans Jr. of Meridian and the late Mr. and Mrs. John David Ellis.

    The bridegroom-elect received a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing and management from Mississippi State University. He is a graduate of Meridian High School.

    Mr. Ellis is currently employed by Shaia's in Homewood, Ala.

    A reception will be held at the MSU Riley Center
