Boudreaux, Howard

Connie Schrimpshire of Quitman and Ric Boudreaux of Lafayette, La., announce the engagement of their daughter, Summer Brianne Boudreaux, to Barry Lavon Howard, son of James Cleo Howard and Judy Howard of Stonewall.

The wedding will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, at 6 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Quitman.

Miss Boudreaux is the granddaughter of Jean Connell of Ellisville and the late A.G. Rikard and Lucille Boudreaux of Carencro, La., and the late Luke Boudreaux.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Quitman High School. She is a senior pursuing her degree in elementary education from the University of Mississippi.

The bridegroom-elect is a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in history. He is a 2003 graduate of Quitman High School.

Mr. Howard is employed by Southern Pipe and Supply in Horn Lake.

A reception will be held at Quitman Country Club immediately following the ceremony.

Family and friends are invited to attend.
