The Rev. J.T. and Dorothy McKenzie of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelynne Teauna, to Ronald Lockett, son of Stella and Willie Lockett of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Meridian.
Miss McKenzie is the granddaughter of the late Wilma and Ben McKenzie.
The bride-elect attended Ashworth College and Meridian Community College. She is a graduate of Meridian High School.
Miss McKenzie is employed by the Meridian Public School District.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School.
Mr. Lockett is employed by Southern Cast.
A reception will be held at The Gathering Place in downtown Meridian immediately following the ceremony.
