Roach, Jeter

Dan and Celeste Roach of Cleveland announce the engagement of their daughter, Monette Roach of Cleveland, to David Jeter of Germantown, Tenn., son of Brenda and David Jeter.

The wedding will be held Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Cleveland.

Miss Roach is the granddaughter of Marie Sacco of Shelby and the late Johnny Sacco and Joan Roach of Shreveport, La. and the late Thomas Roach.

The bride-elect attended Delta State University for three years before transferring to Mississippi Delta Community College, where she graduated in dental hygiene in May 2008. She is a 2003 graduate of Bayou Academy in Cleveland. While at Delta State, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta and president of the dental hygiene class at MDCC.

Miss Roach is employed as a dental hygienist at Ruleville Dental Clinic.

Mr. Jeter is the grandson of Loretta Jeter of Brandon and the late John R. Jeter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Feola.

The bridegroom-elect attended Delta State University from 2002-2006 and graduated in commercial aviation. He is a 2001 graduate of West Lauderdale High School.

While attending Delta State, he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha and served as president in 2006.

Mr. Jeter has been a member of the Air National Guard in Meridian since 2000. He was selected for flight training for 2008.
