Mr. and Mrs. Kevin C. Miller of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Candace Nicole, to William Cary Cox III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark S. Dillard and William Cary Cox Jr. of Meridian.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Okatibbee Reservoir.
Miss Miller is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Faircloth of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. James Boswell of Union.
The bride-elect received a degree from Meridian Community College and graduated from Meridian High School.
Miss Miller is employed at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Cox is the grandson of Elizabeth B. Cox of Alexander City, Ala., and the late William Cary Cox Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Scott.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Mississippi State University and Meridian High School.
Mr. Cox is employed by Southern Pipe and Supply Co.
A reception will be held at the East Bank Pavillion at the Okatibbee Reservoir following the ceremony.
