Davis and Mary Ann Bond of Hickory announce the engagement of their daughter, Cayce Ann, to Adam Chandler Lane, son of Jack and Tammy Lane of Madison.
The wedding will be held Saturday, July 4, 2009, at 6 p.m. at Hickory Baptist Church.
Miss Bond is the granddaughter of Cayce and Mary Bufkin Jr. of Hickory and the late Edward Joseph and Pauline Bond of Lake.
The bride-elect received a bachelor of science in administration of justice from Mississippi College. She is a graduate of Newton County High School.
Miss Bond currently works at Jackson Academy while completing requirements to attend medical school.
Mr. Lane is the grandson of Clinton Leroy and Juanita Chandler of Saraland, Ala. and Wallace and Myrtle Watts and the late Billy Mack Lane of Biloxi.
Mr. Lane received a bachelor of science degree in international business and a bachelor of arts degree in foreign language from Mississippi State University. He is a graduate of Jackson Preparatory School.
Immediately following the ceremony, a reception will be held at the historic Newton Railroad Depot in Newton.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
