Robbins, Taylor

Lewis and Carol Robbins of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Leigh, to Brandon Carl Taylor, son of Billy and Janice Taylor of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

The wedding will be held Saturday, June 14, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Williamson Chapel at Cannonsburgh Village in Murfreesboro.

Miss Robbins is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Wilson and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Robbins.

The bride-elect received a master's degree in social work from the University of Southern Mississippi and a bachelor's degree in social work from Mississippi State University-Meridian campus. She is a graduate of Meridian High School.

While attending USM and MSU, she was a member of Phi Alpha honor society and Zeta-Iota Society, Iota Psi Chapter.

Miss Robbins is employed as director of social services at Green-Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tenn.

Mr. Taylor is the grandson of Charlie Wrather and the late Nancy Wrather and the late Alvin and Evelyn Taylor.

The bridegroom-elect is a master of business administration degree candidate at Ashford University. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a graduate of Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro.

While attending Middle Tennessee State University, he was a member of Phi Mu Alpha fraternity.

Mr. Taylor is employed by Rutherford County Government.

A reception will be held at the Lions Club immediately following the ceremony.
