Boggan, May



Mr. and Mrs. Charles Austin Boggan of Decatur announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Brookes, to Caleb Elias May, son of Dr. and Mrs. Donald Glenn May of Philadelphia.

The wedding will be held Saturday, June 28, 2008, at 6 p.m. at Decatur United Methodist Church.

Miss Boggan is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Addy, Iris Boggan, and the late Dr. Austin P. Boggan, all of Decatur.

The bride-elect received a master's degree in speech-language pathology from Mississippi University for Women. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders from the University of Mississippi in 2005. She is a graduate of East Central Community College and Newton County High School.

Miss Boggan is currently employed as a speech-language pathologist with the Pearl Public School District.

Mr. May is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Olen May and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Skinner, all of Philadelphia.

The bridegroom-elect earned a juris doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in May 2007. He received a bachelor’s degree in managerial finance from the University of Mississippi. He is a graduate of East Central Community College and Leake Academy.

Mr. May is currently completing a clerkship with the 8th Circuit Court.

A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at the Historic American Legion Post 89 in Decatur. Family and friends are invited to attend.
