Grandma Reads to Class

MERIDIAN — Leona Walker was one of many grandparents who read to students at Calvary Christian Preschool in observance of Grandparents' Day. Listening as Walker reads in Corey Gault's class are: front row, from left, Kaley Hardy, Lakyn Vaughn and Nicholas Sullivan; back row, from left, Anna Leigh Newell, Khloe' Kelly and Trevor Ishee. In addition to reading to students, grandparents also attended a program, followed by an Open House that allowed each student to show their classroom to their grandparent.
