The Heritage Awards recognize the efforts of individuals, local organizations and corporations whose skill and determination have given new meaning to their communities through preservation. The New Construction Award recognizes First State Bank’s efforts in making the Clock Tower Office compatible with the historic architecture of its neighborhood. Nominations for these awards come from the public and are selected by an awards jury of preservation professionals.
