Lauderdale County to host conservation meeting

Kelvin Jackson, NRCS, works on gift baskets for guests attending the upcoming conservation meeting. Goodies will include locally produced agricultural products, including peaches from Cotton McDonald; Van Zyverden bulbs; cane syrup from Alcorn University vegetable incubator in Kemper County; stone-ground grits from Sciples Water Mill; peaches from Mathis Produce; Charles Vick's locally-produced honey; Danny Daniel's tomatoes; and eggplant and peppers from B&W Orchards.
