Yvonne and Preston Pearson of Meridian will celebrate their 40th anniversary on Aug. 30, 2008. They were married by the now late Rev. Ed Grayson in Meridian on Aug. 30, 1968. They have four children, Cindy, Brad, Rodney and Preston Jr.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
