50th anniversary

— Bernard and Shirley Shaw will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception on Saturday, June 6, 2009, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m., at Trinity Assembly of God Church. The even will be hosted by their children: Eddie Shaw and his fiancee' Kimberly Hudson, and Craig Shaw and his wife, Jocelyn. The Shaws have five grandchildren: Stephen Shaw, Hannah Shaw, Tyler Shaw, Kyle Siut and Kevin Siut. The couple were
married on June 6, 1959, in Philadelphia. Mr. Shaw is retired from the Meridian Fire Department and the NAS Meridian Fire Department. Mrs. Shaw is retired. The couple requests no gift. Friends are invited to attend.
