70th anniversary
Curtis and Daisy Fisher recently celebrated their 70th anniversary. The couple were married on March 28,1937, in Meridian and have lived in Clarke County most of their lives. Their children are Charles Fisher of Colorado Springs, and Billy Fisher of Meridian and a daughter, Loretta F. Brown of Quitman; 10 grandchildren; 10 living great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and one deceased great-grandchild.
