Friends and family will host a 50th wedding anniversary reception in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Dell Giles on Sunday, March 1, 2009, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m., at the couple's home in Collinsville. The Giles were married on Feb. 28, 1959, at Parkview Church of God with the Rev. H.G. Montague officiating. The couple have three children: Theresa Ward, Lisa Giles and Curtis Giles; and two grandchildren, Adrienne Ross and Chelsea Giles.
