50th anniversary

— Lamar and Kathryn Chancelor will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with family. The couple were married on Feb. 21, 1959, at the historic Shubuta Baptist Church. They have three children: Vicki Kidd and her husband, Ricky, Todd Chancelor and his wife, Jodi, and Jace Chancelor and his wife, Cheri; and six grandchildren, Chance, Ty, Seth, Jessica, Courtney and Brent. Mr. Chancelor is retired from East Mississippi Electric Power Association, Meridian. Mrs. Chancelor is retired from Nazareth Mills in Quitman.
