Ray and Genola Jenkins will be honored with a reception celebrating their 50th anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church Tea Room. The Jenkins were married at Carmel Baptist Church on Oct. 25, 1957, with the Rev. Sam Middlebrook officiating. The celebration will be hosted by their children, Chris and Reba Jenkins Lee and Phil and Lisa Jenkins. The Jenkins have four grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend.
