LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) -- When you finally quit waiting for things to happen instead of taking positive action to make things happen, you'll move forward in life. Fear brings depression and self-defeat.



SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 22) -- Money matters can be a touchy and sticky situation when friends are involved, so be sensitive and careful when sharing expenses becomes an issue. Don't let any problems erupt.
