You will finally disengage yourself from some unproductive associations in the year ahead and see smooth sailing in your life. Constructive alliances will be formed in their place and bring happiness with them.

ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- Even if you are the injured party, it might be better to bite the bullet and take equal blame when it comes to keeping peace with an important relationship. It could be the wisest move in the long run.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- Don't give yourself deadlines or conditions that make little sense and that you can't fulfill. All it does is add pressure and make your life miserable. Be realistic in what you expect from yourself.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- The smartest thing you can do is stay out of all political discussions with friends that might arise. No matter which side you take, those who hold opposing views will be angry with you.

CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- Albeit your ambitious aspirations are rather high, your methodology could be greatly lacking and make the execution of your goals an impossibility. Don't continue to beat your head against a wall.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- If you have a case to make, do so as tactfully as possible and leave plenty of room for others to decide the nays and ayes for themselves. If you attempt to force your thoughts or ideas on others, you'll lose.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- In order to soothe a sore ego, you could tarnish your image by behaving in an unbecoming way in front of others who are important to you. Take steps not to trip over your own pride.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) -- Remain flexible with regard to your views and opinions. If you become unyielding, it will put the other people in the room on the defensive, even if they don't want to be, and a heated argument could ensue.

PISCES (Feb. 20-March 20) -- This is apt to be one of those days that requires special diligence when it comes to protecting your valuables. Don't leave your car or house unlocked or unattended, and guard your wallet and credit cards.
